About a week ago, I shot Amy and John's Civil Ceremony at San Francisco City Hall. I also shot them afterwards at Pier 7 at the Embarcadero in San Francisco. It was a lovely summer day in San Francisco. Honestly, I love being a photographer in San Francisco--I get to shoot all the amazing places and so many diverse clients.
Amy and John met 10 years ago through an online dating site. How cool, huh?
Best of luck, Amy and John!
I usually do a lot of family, wedding, and events shoots, but I got to do something a little different this time around. This weekend, I did product shoots for a small clothing company located in the East Bay called A5 Clothing. They specialize in graphic t-shirts and hoodies. Very fun!
The shots turned out really great. I'm very proud of my work!
Hope you all are having a great summer.--I know I am.
I've been getting plenty of gigs this summer, and I couldn't be more excited.
Yesterday, I shot my client Melinda's daughter's birthday party. Her daughter turned 3 years old- finally past the terrible twos :P.
The party was held in Oakland, specifically the Rockridge Area. I know many people have their preconceived notions about Oakland not being "nice," but people are very wrong! I think if people visited this part of town where I shot this party, they would change their minds. It was located in a quaint, sunny, neighborhood. There were about 40 guests with adults and plenty of kids!
I think the pictures turned out great!
Looking forward to more birthday gigs.
This weekend, I shot another wedding. Laura Smith approached me because she needed a photographer to cover a very special event for her. She was married on Friday at City Hall in San Francisco. I shot her and her husband signing their marriage license and meeting with the wedding officiant.
Congrats again, Laura!
